Classic Vienna Bike Tour

5 out of 5 stars (9 reviews)

Vienna was once the center of the largest empire in the world. The power and glory of the Habsburg rule is mirrored in the boulevards and architecture of Vienna. Our bike tour covers what it took the Habsburgs more than 600 years to build.  It would take three days to walk what we show you in three hours. If something quickens your interest, then you know where to return later for a visit. A must for those wanting to get the “feel” of this incredibly beautiful city!

The nature of a bike tour makes your experience particularly susceptible to the weather. Clients often call us to ask, “What happens if it rains during my bike tour?” To which we always respond – “There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing choices’

" A great way to explore the city "

Me and my two friends took the 3 hour bike tour through Viena's main attraction sites with Peter. The ride was smooth and comfortable and the weather was perfect. But the most wonderful thing was Peter the guide who was lovely and full of information and stories that made the tour more interesting and exciting. I recommend taking the tour. It allows you to later decide what you want to expand on. Thanks Peter and city tours Vienna.
" Amazing "

Covered so much ground with interesting and informative guide. Saw more of the city than we ever would have on foot. Nice balance of city riding and riding through parks/along river.
" Highlights of Vienna "
5 out of 5 stars
I went with my American friends on the English tour of Vienna which we deeply enjoyed. Our guide ( a lady) was very knowledgeable and also told many interesting little stories which made the route more fun and colourful. Very recommendable!
" Good guide and tour but too crowded "
4 out of 5 stars
The tour was good and the guide very good but there were 18 people on the tour which is much too crowded. I would say that there should be a maximum of 10-12 people on a bike guided tour.
" Outstanding! "

Would recommend to all who enjoy up close and informative tour of the city. Was a highlight of our visit to Vienna.
