" Beautiful scenery and great wine! "
5 out of 5 stars
This was one of the best days of our vacation to Austria. The scenery is stunning and the wine is great too. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the different wines and was able to teach us about the differences between the wines. We tasted 7 white wines and 1 red, as Austria is known for whites. The biking was very flat and easy. During lunch, I would recommend hiking up to the castle where King Richard the Lionheart was imprisoned. The views of the valley were amazing!
" All in all an enjoyable experience "

Big compliments to the guids Thomas and Jose, they were extremely friendly and helpfull. I cut my foot open when I slipt on a rock at the river. Jose was very attentive and helpfull with bandages and always making sure of my well being. The two guids are genuine down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that took me by surprise was how expensive the Restaurant was in Dürnstein, especially the drinks. The cooldrink was half the price of a meal and double the price of the most expensive I have cone across in Vienna. Overall the experience was great, extremely beautiful cycle rout.
" Fantastic day trip - thanks Jose! "

We had a wonderful time on our day of cycling and wine tasting in the Wachau region. Our guide Jose was fantastic - managing to be both attentive without making us feel like we had to watch the clock. A highlight of our Vienna trip.
" Great wine tour! "

The bike tour experience was wonderful. Our tour guide Anna was knowledgeable, fun, energetic, friendly...all around a wonderful tour guide. The wine tasting was wonderful, but a bit late into the tour. We had to do site a lot of biking before getting to sample any wine. Also, while being a pretty athletic person, the biking was quite extensive for what I was expecting. Overall though, a wonderful experience.
